Time constraints: We had only four weeks from the stakeholder interview to sketch, wireframe, and prepare a high-fidelity prototype and usability test. During my research phase, I came up with various ideas related to different roles, but I limited my focus to the Manager role only.

I conducted a one-hour usability test with Rebecca to review the redesigned features of the website, and then I implemented her feedback.

End-user:
End-user:
The person for whom documents are being created (or on behalf of a loved one) is usually a member of the general public. They access the platform directly without using a facilitator.
Facilitator:
Facilitator:
A facilitator is a person who guides somebody else through the platform to answer questions. A facilitator will receive special training.
Manager:
Manager:
A person who needs to monitor the users within the organisation they manage. They do not use the card/question section of the app (unless they are also a facilitator).

Dedicated environment specific to each organization, with unique managers assigned.
Super-Admin:
Super-Admin:
A member of ExSitu Staff. This role is used to manage other users and organisations, create new organisations, and manage subscriptions.
